Konsesi Tol Batu 3 Yang Patut Berakhir Pada Tahun 2015 Dilanjutkan Lagi Selama 20 Tahun.


Memang babi kerajaan kau neh. Meluat nak tapis-tapis. Tol nak. GST pun nak. Semua nak. Gila betul. Tak mungkin la selama beroperasi mereka gagal mendapatkan semula pulangan modal dan pelaburan yang dijangkakan. Tambahan pula, setiap kali mereka gagal menaikkan kadar tol, kita bayar pampasan ke konsesi tol. Adakah mereka rugi? Rakyat yang rugi. Pampasan dapat, rakyat tetap kena bayar bila guna tol. 2 kali bayar untuk 1 jenis perkhidmatan. Menyusahkan.

Point penting.

1. Konsesi tol batu 3 sepatutnya berakhir pada tahun 2015 = tahun ini

2. Namun ditangguhkan dan dilanjutkan 20 tahun lagi

3. Itupun belum tentu selepas 20 tahun ianya akan berakhir

4. Menurut wakil rakyat PR, kerajaan persekutuan tidak mempedulikan langsung keluhan rakyat mengenai konsesi tol batu 3

5. Dan lanjutan tempoh tol juga tidak disertai dengan alasan munasabah. Kenapa kerajaan memutuskan untuk menambahkan masa konsesi tol.

6. Selain itu, tol batu 3 juga telah menyahmansuhkan lorong tunai. Pengguna perlu membeli kad Touch N Go yang turut dikenakan GST ketika membayar tol.

Despite the contract for the Batu Tiga toll concession company scheduled to finish by this year, the federal government has decided to renew its contract until 2035 – a move which is said to be without any solid reason and has irked commuters in the Klang Valley.
Selangorkini reports Batu Tiga assemblyman Rodziah Ismail as saying that the federal government is completely ignoring cries from the public to end the toll charges.

“The federal government needs to be open and give answers on what basis are they renewing the contract and to where will the money be channeled to,” the PKR politician said.

“I frequently discuss this issue with Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad, and have even brought it to the attention of the state assembly, but it seems the only viable solution is to change the federal government,” she explained.

Causing even more annoyance to the public is the fact that the toll has shifted away from cash payments, she added.

“I don’t see any rationale behind the move. If during the construction phase it was promised that the concession would finish in 2015, then why must the contract be renewed?” she asked further.
