Betul ke LAZADA penipu?

Tahu tak apa itu LAZADA? Tatau? Klik sini oke. 

Blog aku selalu masuk iklan2 dari lazada neh. Dia tertayang melalui google ads. Sebenarnya aku pun tertarik juga nak membeli kat lazada. Sebab nampak macam murah. Bahkan aku plan nak beli bulan depan. Tapi rasanya lepas baca komen2 mengenai mereka di beberapa blog tak jadi arh plak. Risau.

Cuba korang baca feedback dari beberapa orang yang telah membeli online through lazada kat bawah sat ;

Kalo rasa nak guna cepat, x yah la beli dengan lazada ni..wat sakit ati ja...kalo rasa nak try bleh la..tapi tunggu la 2 - 3 minggu atau lebih baru barang nak sampai..Memang betul..kalo call/msj tanya diorang akan cakap 'order dalam proses' 'barang dalam proses penghantaran' dan macam2 alasan lagi..x nak dah beli online dengan lazada nih...COD is better.

Let me share my experience, I bought a fan on 23/06/12 with discount RM 20 for new user sound very attractive price. After waiting for 5 days I call to check for delivery status, CS told me excluding Saturday and Sunday. So Iwaited another 2 days and call again. Now CS say excluding order date. So I waited another day and call. CS say some problem with the warehouse. Need to urge them. All togeter it takes me 14 days including weekends to reply me that they are not going to sent out the items but will refund me the money paid. It will take maximum 5 working days to proceed. I suppose it was on 7 or 8 of July. Then I wait for 5 days as been told before I call them. Approximately about 13/07. I call them again, wow they said they already refund me to my crecard on the 10/07. I was surprice and tell them is it not reflected in my credit card transaction before I made the call. They ask me to wait another 2 days. So I wait and call and call until todays . Means more than 1 month I am waiting yet to see my refund. And their answer always check with your credit card bank. I think in this case It suppose broue ght to the public awareneses and the ministry concern shoud come out to prevent more and more cases like us.

Order samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 16 july 2012. .sampai sekarang habuk pun tadakk.. call customer service 10 kali..setiap kali call,jawapan yg diberi lain2..first time call,diorang tuduh terlibat dgn kredit card fraud..mmg kurang ajar..dah pernah beli mcm2 da online sebelum ni guna credit card,xpernah la lagi kena tuduh mcm tu..so lepas contact bank utk pengesahan,bank kata payment dah approve lama dahh..call balik lazada bgtau diorang..pastu baru mengaku payment da approve..tunggu lagi...lepas seminggu,xsampai jgak..alasan lain plak yg diberi..masalah stock kat warehouse..padahal dlm web bgtau in stock..so minta refund..lepas seminggu call balik nak tanya status refund..relax ja die ckp blum buat lagi..padahal aritu tanya dah buat..so aku bgtau kalo x call jgak by tomorrow dan settle semua ni,aku report kat tribunal pengguna... Mmg diorang langsung tak call..mmg kurang ajar...skrg aku dah buat report kat consumer tribunal...tunggu masa ja nak masuk perbicaraan

DO NOT BUY ANYTHG FROM LAZADA! THEIR SERVICE REALLY SUCKS.
THEY WOULD ASSURE YOU THAT U ARE SUPPOSED TO GET YOUR ITEMS WITHIN FEW DAYS, BUT IN FACT U WOULD ONLY RECEIVE IT AFTER 2 BLOODY WEEKS. SOME EVEN GET IT AFTER A MONTH OF PURCHASING. IN MY CASE, MY ITEM DID NOT COME IN A COMPLETE SET, LACK OF ACCESSORIES! AND IT TOOK ANOTHER BLOODY WEEK FOR LAZADA TO ARRANGE PICK UP. AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY WEEKS THEN FOR LAZADA TO RETURN ME A COMPLETE SET!

hello everyone..sy one of lazada ex staff yg mmg tahu the order flows n everything..actually lazada bknla scam company yg penipu..they juz over promises to their customer..mmgla nk attract customerkannn...so kenela janji mcm2..dr rebate hinggala ke masa penghantaran dan juga brg ygdipaparkn..fyi, xsemua brg yg diorg tayang on their website tu available..kdg2 mmg da xde stock tp dorg ttp biarkn bnda tu publish on their webstie mybe sbb nk more variety kot nk bg cantik brg byk kott..i sndiri penah try their service beli novel sbb ramai yg complain dgn attitude cs lazada..n mmg benar..lazada mmg ade masalah..novel yg sy beli dr masa sy masih staff lazada hinggala sy da resign sudah hampir 3 bulan sy TAK DAPAT lg novel tu..cs xpenah call bile sy call mcm2 alasan mereka bg..n now i heard frm my ex collegue yg still working with them lazada da 3 kali kene ambush dgn immigration sbb byk hired foreigner staffs yg xde permit keje..their orders frm customers pon byk yg xtelayan sbb telalu byk backlog orders yg xclear..they dont hv system or software utk order2 anda sbb tu order yg da 3bln pon they all xdpt nk clear..pd sy anda yg dpt order dan penghantaran yg tepat dr lazada kerana brg yg anda beli adalah brg yg mmg da ade di warehouse mereka..lazada, zalora, home24 and foodpanda adalah adikberadik..lg satu sy nasihatkn jgnla purchase anything frm lazada for the moment..tgu dorg clearkn order yg betimbun tu tp klau sanggup menunggu silalah..

This is really a scam.
I already made an official complaint to:
1.KPDNKK
2.MCMC
3.Bank Negara since they collecting money without product in hand and the worst thing is they NOT SURE when they can send you the item you ordered.

Dan yang paling kelakar tue ialah perkara kat bawah neh. Dorang kata LAZADA kantoi.. tengok sendiri ;

Sebenarnya aku mengambil sikap tidak menyebelahi mana2 pihak. Aku pun tunggu review dan pandangan dari customers lazada sendiri. Lain orang lain pengalaman kan. Tapi kalau ramai yang terkena berbanding ramai yang dapat barang memang tak patut arh. 

Apa pun kalau korang pernah ada pengalaman buruk dengan lazada jangan lupa share kat sini. Yang ada pengalaman baik pun boleh juga share. Boleh larh kita pakat2 analisis, lazada neh penipu ke bukan. Bukan apa, kalau kita tengok lazada neh hari2 buat iklan sana sini. Modal beriklan bukan kecik2 beb. Besar. So agak annoying juga la kalau ada syarikat2 internet neh tak menjalankan perkhidmatan sebagaimana yang dijanjikan. Buat orang menyampah jek beb. Bai.
